This is a full-time on-site role for a Lift Supervisor at NXGEN Lifting. The Lift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in lifting activities. The job is site based but will be required to travel to and from our depot based in Warrington.
Qualifications
- Lifting equipment operation and safety skills
- Experience in overseeing lifting operations
- Knowledge of different lifting equipment and applications
- Strong attention to safety protocols and guidelines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
- Previous experience in the lifting or construction industry
Essential
- CPCS A62 Crane Supervisor
- Clean driving licence
- Availability for overtime including weekends and night shifts based on work demand
Desired but not essential
- CPCS A66a Compact Crane
- CPCS A60 Mobile Crane
The ideal candidate
Will be a team player who demonstrates a "can do" attitude to help achieve company goals.
Overnight stays required based on workload demand.
Hotels and meal expenses covered.
Weekend overtime work will be offered and required as part of your commitment to the role.
