Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Hybrid - Chester Office
Our client is seeking hungry and tenacious professionals to join their top performing firm near Chester. This is a hybrid role with advisers coming into the office once or twice a week.
This highly successful award winning directly authorised, fees free financial services firm has a team of 14 currently and is looking for two more team members.
Full in house compliance and ongoing training and CPD will be provided, to ensure you remain at the top of your game.
The role entails advising customers both face to face and remotely on Mortgages, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Business Protection & GI.
Further income streams are available from referrals to solicitors, will writers (LPAs, trusts etc) and an in house IFA partner for all investment and pensions business.
The company’s leads come from introducers and affiliate groups, such as being preferred suppliers of advice to the prison officers association and local police federation, as well as estate agents and other professional introducers. No leads are bought in from the internet. Commission split is a simple 50/50 basis.
The roles are self-employed with a genuinely high OTE, due to the nature of the lead introductions. Real earnings potential of between £50,000 and £75,000 with more achievable for the very best.
Advisers should be within a commutable distance and should live in an area of Chester, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Colwyn Bay, Wrexham, Shrewsbury, Warrington area. Manchester is deemed too far.
Advisers who are fully CeMAP qualified and come from a single tie will be considered, as long as you have 12 months experience and are hungry to sell. Currently holding CAS is not a prerequisite of this role as you can have it signed off in house once joined.
