Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for a Fleet Administrator to join their busy team at their HQ in Warrington.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Pay rate: £16.54 per hour

Contract: Temporary 12 month contract

About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the dynamic fleet management team. This varied role involves providing support to the wider business and our five internal workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and maintain various fleet databases.
  • Handle invoicing, scheduling vehicles for maintenance, and ordering fuel cards.
  • Administer vehicle ownership, including payment of invoices, raising POs and Shopping Carts, and updating fleet databases.
  • Manage the fuel card system, including ordering new vehicle fuel cards, reporting, and payment.
  • Provide support on insurance administration and resolve disputes.
  • Assist with ordering new vehicles, monitoring, reporting, and billing of work, as well as asset disposal.
  • Support the wider team by providing reports and supplementary information.
  • Conduct employee driving licence checks.
  • Manage the hires of short-term vehicles and leases.
  • Mailbox management

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent IT literacy.
  • Preferable knowledge of Tranman or other fleet databases and the ability to interrogate them.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Effective project and time management abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Outstanding communication skills with both customers and contractors.
