Our continued growth has created the opportunity for a talented Logistics Controller to join our team.About the RoleAs a Logistics Controller, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our coordinators to understand customer needs, then manage the logistics of each job by:

Identifying the most appropriate vehicle for the task (from small vans to articulated HGVs).
Selecting the best providers to deliver on our promises.
Monitoring job progress and implementing contingency plans to ensure customer satisfaction.This is a full-time, office-based position in Warrington, and you’ll also take on on-call duties one week in four (with an additional allowance for this).

Have experience in a traffic control/logistics role or a related industry.
Understand vehicle types, logistics regulations, and geography (or be eager to learn).
Be confident negotiating rates, timings, and locations with drivers.

Ability to reliably commute to Warrington.
At least 3–5 years’ experience in traffic/logistics management (not warehouse).
Experience managing fleet and drivers.
Comfortable with full-time office-based work and on-call duties.
