We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse. Your role will be vital in maintaining efficient workflows, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and mentoring a team of junior staff. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment, playing a key part in our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist & facilitate high productivity and low error rates in goods receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, promoting best practices and a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock checks and issue resolution.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct routine inspections.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Person:

  • Forklift experience (Reach & Counterbalance).
  • 5+ years experience working in a in warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of stock management systems and reporting (Excel).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
