- Proactively process all telephone claims efficiently and within the limits of authority, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Provide clear and comprehensive updates to claimants regarding the status of their claims, including detailed explanations when a claim is rejected or adjusted.
- Process claims payments within the limits of authority, adhering to company policies and the product's terms and conditions when requested.
- Deliver a consistently superior customer experience, ensuring all customer needs are met, all questions are answered, and customers fully understand decisions made regarding their claims.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, including those regarding security of corporate information, email usage, and computer protocols.
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- General IT / PC Skills and experience of using Microsoft office applications
- Some Motor Trade or Motor Vehicle knowledge or experience
- Efficient time management, to organise work to meet specificobjectives
- Any eye for detail
