Fantastic Traffic / Logistics Controller opportunity in the Warrington area with a leading delivery business. This is a great time to join this well-established, successful and highly professional transport organisation offering a range of bespoke services. This role is the direct result of their ongoing growth and will be pivotal to the success of the operation, ensuring collections and deliveries are made on time.
Applicants need to have a driving licence and their own vehicle as there is no public transport available near the site and this is a full-time office-based job.
Key Skills / Experience required for the Logistics Controller role:
You will be providing outstanding customer service.
This desk-based role involves managing customer inquiries, bookings, and emails, while handling tasks like pricing, planning, and providing expert guidance.
Must have excellent telephone and data entry skills.
Experience within the logistics industry.
Great attention to detail.
Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
