We're recruiting for a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator to join our Property Team. You will play a crucial role to ensure service users' needs are met within agreed time frames in accordance with Serco's contractual obligations to UK Visa's & Immigration (UKV&I), in relation to accommodation and transport for service users.

Job Title: Service Delivery Co-ordinator

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: 12.56

Location: Onsite - Warrington

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Shifts between 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors, as required, to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation service.
  • Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract.
  • Monitor the customer portal regularly and frequently and ensure all travel requests are uploaded to facilitate KPI 4 timescales.
  • Produce reports, briefings, and information updates to a high standard within limited timeframe.
  • Ensuring all responses to the authorities requests are completed within contractual timescales
  • Daily monitoring of property and room availability for DA to ensure density remains at a suitable level.
  • Liaise with Serco transport officers and sub-contractors, as required, to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation service.
  • Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract.
