Resource Coordinator- Warrington

We are currently recruiting for a Resource Coordinator for an Offshore wind project for a freelance contract.

We can also pay Outside IR35

Responsibilities:

  • Support the External Resource Management team during the entire request and mobilisation process. This entails arranging, leading and participating in meetings, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and track tasks and time schedules, follow up on deliverables from sites, projects, and suppliers, ensuring the complete fulfilment of requests.
  • Ensure that our exchange of documentation with supplier is in line with expectations and handled in accordance with the defined procedures.
  • Ensure that all training plans are up to date and aligned with the business's needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Vestas Core Values are adhered to.
  • Supporting the Resource Manager in coordination of subcontractor resources and external consultants, working in cooperation with projects and sites.
  • Developing and maintaining a structured database to ensure transparency and compliance in mobilization
  • Meetings with Suppliers.
  • Supporting with management related tasks and different departmental challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Have a demonstrated background in a similar field of planning and operational support
  • Fluent in English, and possess strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience.
  • Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholders.
