Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Planning Coordinator to join our facilities management team in Warrington. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Management:Close down all old jobs in the system by ensuring that necessary documentation is complete and that no outstanding tasks remain.
  • Communication:Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to confirm the completion status of jobs.
  • Follow-up:Actively follow up on pending jobs and ensure all tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
  • Data Entry:Accurately update job records, ensuring that all details are recorded and stored correctly.
  • Reporting:Assist in generating reports related to job completion and outstanding tasks.
  • Support:Provide general administrative support to the planning and facilities management teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within facilities management or a similar industry.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy and attention to detail in completing administrative tasks and updating records.
  • IT Proficiency:Comfortable using job management systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
