A Quality focused Housing Developer are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team.They have a number of new exciting traditional projects starting up across Warrington and Liverpool.
Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing construction activities on site
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager regularly
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driving Licence
2+ years experience in traditional new build housing projects
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Experience in Site Management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- On-site work in various weather conditions
