Operations Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for an ambitious, and results-driven operations professional, with a strong engineering background who is seeking a new challenge. We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Warrington, looking to strengthen the team with a dynamic Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager. you will oversee and optimise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and support the company’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include:

• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team
• Manage key KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce costs
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting

We would like to speak with Operations Managers with the following skills:

• Degree qualified within an Engineering discipline
• Strong operational background within an engineering, automotive or fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop teams
• Commercial acumen would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Exceptional ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
• An innovative mindset to identify and implement growth opportunities
