Are you an Operations Manager from a mechanical maintenance or service background, looking for a varied role where you will be responsible for all operations within a rapidly growing HVAC business looking to triple their headcount and turnover in the next 3 years?
You will play a pivotal role in the overall running of the business, overseeing the projects and service department looking after around 20 staff, whilst implementing new procedures, recognising areas for growth and improvement working closely with the director.
A forward-thinking provider of advanced climate control solutions, this company delivers customized HVAC systems and services that ensure optimal efficiency and sustainability across various commercial environments.
Growing at an exponential rate, this business are looking for an Operations Manager that can build on this growth and set them up for the future.
This role would suit an Operations Manager from a mechanical maintenance or service background, looking to join an expanding business where you will have the opportunity to progress to director level, whilst running all operations for the business.
The Role
- Overseeing all operations for the business
- Overseeing project and service teams, 20 staff all together
- Implementing new procedures / recognising areas of improvement
- Aid business growth
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
