Site Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join an established and highly-respected contractor based in the Warrington area.
Reporting to a Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will possess considerable Main Contractor experience in complex construction projects with values ranging from £100k to £4m.
You will need to have a good working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Fit-Out and Civil package delivery.
The responsibilities of the Site Manager will include but are not limited to, site-based coordination and management of internal and sub-contracted multi-disciplined labour for secured projects.
When not site based, the role may involve the ordering of materials and assisting the wider project team as required. The role is client facing, requiring a presentable and professional approach at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering MEP, Civil and Fit-Out MEP Projects to an extremely high standard.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager in a Main Contractor role.
- Full Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS Card
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS Qualification
Remuneration Package:
£50,000 - £55,000 according to experience, plus Car or Car Allowance, Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Private Healthcare Pension, Company Events, Phone and Laptop.
