Job Type: Site Manager (Permanent)
Location: Across the North West
Project: Fit Out/Refurbishment - industrial unit & offices
Start: ASAP
My client are a well-established Main Contractor who have several divisions including Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance, working across Retail, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
As a result of growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially, you would be working on a internal and external refurbishments to industrial units and office space across the North West.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors etc, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
- Monitoring health and safety on site
- Attending progress meetings, client meetings
- Quality control & progression
- Managing Health & Safety
- Site Inductions
The successful candidate must have previous experience managing and delivering fit out/refurbishment projects, and will ideally have a joinery background.
You will also need the following tickets:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Fire Marshal
In return for your skills, the company will offer a salary of 38-40k+ company vehicle, pension, private healthcare (once the temporary period is complete)
