Job Title:Site Manager - Retrofit Schemes for Social Housing clients

Job Type:Temporary to Permanent - experience in social housing and retrofit essential

Location:Various Social Housing sites across the North West (NW)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management:Oversee and manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Team Coordination:Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Safety Compliance:Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control:Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all work meets the required specifications and standards.
  • Client Liaison:Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Documentation:Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, designs, and drawings.
  • Resource Management:Requisition materials and tools as needed, and manage project budgets and costs.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS Certification:Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification is required.
