As a Development Manager, youll manage a small, skilled development team, overseeing the smooth delivery and integration of new features across a range of products. Youll play a key role making strategic technical decisions and driving innovation. Youll be responsible for managing and prioritising team workloads, while balancing leadership duties with hands-on developmentspending roughly 30% of your time actively coding in C# and working across the .NET stack to support key projects.
