- As a Senior Executive Resourcer, identify, engage, and qualify senior-level candidates for executive roles.
- Build our talent database and market maps of 'passive' candidates across various industries, ensuring we have a future-ready candidate pool of senior talent
- Produce comprehensive project reports and documentation, attending meetings and presenting to stakeholders with credibility and insight
- Support Directors in end-to-end delivery of senior appointments, stepping in when required and ensuring a high-quality service
- Act as an ambassador for McCarthy, representing our brand and showcasing our company culture and values to external talent
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of search processes, making them as inclusive and diverse as possible
- Provide support on administrative tasks related to the search process, including reporting, assessments, and feedback
- Proven experience in executive search or senior recruitment as a Senior Executive Resourcer.
- Strong expertise in talent mapping and engaging with passive candidates via social networks, industry events, and other channels
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A confident communicator, able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Highly skilled in digital sourcing and networking
- Data literate, with the ability to analyse insights and support resourcing strategies
- Discreet and professional, with a strong respect for confidentiality
