- Collaborate with sales teams to align quotes with customer needs and company goals
- Engage clients to build relationships, cross-sell and collect feedback
- Work with suppliers on incoming order schedules, keeping customers informed of any delivery delays
Key Skills:
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Customer-focused with a goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
