The position is for a Contract Principal Mechanical Engineer based in Warrington on a hybrid basis for an initial 12-month term, with a pay rate of £65-75 per hour.
The role involves leading the delivery of engineering procedures for a long-term nuclear project.
Candidates should have a mechanical background and proven experience as a Principal Mechanical Engineer or at a higher seniority level.
Nuclear experience is preferred, and candidates must be eligible for BPSS clearance and already based in the UK.

Contract Principal Mechanical Engineer
12 Months initially (Extendable)

£65-75 per hour

I'm supporting an exciting nuclear company to support projects and provide an opportunity to lead the delivery of engineering procedures to ensure this long-term project runs smoothly.

The role will require to be based in Warrington on a hybrid basis on a 12 month initial contract, with a strong likelihood this will be extended due to an influx of project work that needs completing.

Requirements:

Mechanical background
Proven experience as a Principal Mechanical Engineer or higher seniority
Nuclear experience is preferred
Eligible for BPSS clearance

Due to the nature of the work this role you will need to be eligible for BPSS clearance and based in the UK already, otherwise you will not be eligible to partake in this project work.
