Join Our Team as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in WarringtonOur client, a leading Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Warrington, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects while mentoring junior engineers.Qualifications and Skills Required for Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Role:Engineering Degree:The ideal candidate should hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in engineering with excellent academic records that demonstrate proficiency.Mentoring Engineers:As part of your role within this position, you'll be responsible for providing guidance and support for the development of more inexperienced staff members. You must possess good communication skills since it's essential when sharing knowledge effectively among colleagues during training sessions or one-on-one meetings.3D CAD Design:You are expected to have experience working with 3D Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks throughout various stages from conceptual design through manufacturing processes.

FEAExperience using Finite Element Analysis tools like ANSYS would be beneficial given our clients' focus on complex mechanical systems requiring rigorous testing protocols before production runs commence.Fabrication/Machinery/Heavy Engineering Designs: An expert understanding of fabrication techniques used across heavy industry sectors along with familiarity regarding machinery design principles is required here.
