Personal Assistant (PA) | Warrington | 35k

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who has supported up to Director level in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism. PA key duties:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including taking notes, preparing agendas, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with personal tasks as required, ensuring that work-life balance is maintained for the Director.


PA Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
