Senior Process Engineer

Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a passion for tackling complex problems & delivering high-quality technical solutions? Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for a global business, who are the UK's largest employer in the Nuclear sector, focusing on providing a range of critical nuclear solutions across the markets of Defence, civil decommissioning & clean energy, both UK wide & Internationally.

As a Senior process Engineer, you will manage and deliver engineering & technical activities, leveraging your specialist knowledge and experience. The role demands a high level of expertise and will involve resolving technical issues, compiling reports, mentoring junior engineers and building strong relationships with shareholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead & manage engineering projects, providing technical solutions and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships to drive business development and resolve technical issues
  • Produce, review & approve technical documents, including calculations, analysis, drawings & reports
  • Maintain engineering configuration and design integrity throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project planning, control and delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Working towards or willingness to work towards chartership
  • Proven experience multi-discipline teams, delivering projects of varying complexities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with different disciplines
  • Experience of managing engineering scope for projects from concept to completion
