Hourly Pay Rate:23.00p/h Via Umbrella
Invictus are recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a Mobile postion covering 4 sites one in Manchester Warrington and Wakefield. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months before being reviewedfor extension, with a possibility of going permanent.
You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
- Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
- Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
- Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
- This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.
Key Requirements:
- Musthave 17thor 18thedition
- Mustbe well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
