Regional Manager / Area Manager (North West - Cheshire, Merseyside, Wirral), Supported Living. Mental Health - Learning Disabilities - Dual Diagnosis.

I am seeking an experienced care sector leader with extensive experience in managing high-volume, complex supported living services for adults with a range of care needs including mental health and learning disabilities.

You will have excellent knowledge of all aspects of quality management, compliance, CQC regulations, legal frameworks and legislation. This is coupled with a passion for providing the best possible standards of care for your clients by developing & nurturing a high-performing, well trained management team.

This is a busy, challenging, influential role overseeing a team of Service Managers withsupported living services which range from small single occupancy properties to larger apartment schemes. They all have a focus on providing effective recovery from mental health conditions and also support for clients with learning disabilities.

As someone who can inspire your team of service managers, you will quickly be able to identify areas for service improvement, empowering those around you to strive for outstanding levels of quality, whether that be turning around struggling services or making already successful services go even further in a pursuit for excellence.
