Academics Ltd are working with one of our client secondary schools in the Warrington area and they are seeking a full-time Music Teacher to join their vibrant and dedicated team. This is a school that prioritise the well-being of their teachers and are committed to providing them with a nurturing and inclusive environment to thrive.
Your new Music Teacher role will require you to:
- Teach Music up to GCSE
- Develop engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality teaching
- Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential in Music
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback and monitor progress
- Contribute to the extra-curricular activities and initiatives of the Music department
To work as a Music Teacher through Academics, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Music across KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject knowledge
- Excellent classroom management skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
- An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one (cost applied)
