On behalf of a Warrington Based 5* Builder, I am looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to join their Customer Care Team.
You will be joining a team of 4 Coordinators who currently get rewarded with market leading commission for providing outstanding customer service to their customers.
The coordinator will communicate with customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide you with information about any problems that they may have.
Responsibilities
- Providing an effective support function to homeowners
- Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails relating to Customer Care.
- Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, seeking direction where required.
- Work closely with other departments across the company (i.e., Construction, Sales, Technical etc)
- Issuing works orders to maintenance operatives and sub-contractors and monitoring progress through to completion
- Co-ordinating Customer Care Technicians, suppliers and sub-contract trades to resolve issues and make appointments for attendance, through the co-ordination of diaries.
- Checking and ensuring work has been carried out to the purchasers satisfaction.
- Carrying out general administration duties
Experience
- Previous Customer Care experience within a fast paced and busy environment
- Experience within the housing or construction industry is desired but not essential
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail when capturing and logging customer information
