As a Mental Health Nurse, you will:
- Provide care and manage symptoms for patients with mental health conditions.
- Build therapeutic relationships and offer crisis intervention.
- Liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals.
- Interact with patients' families, offering advice and information.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, care plans, and risk assessments.
- Lead a staff team during patient conveyance or therapeutic observational service.
- Ensure proper handover of patient details and report incidents promptly.
- Assist in policy compliance and attend necessary training and meetings.
