Your new companyI am currently working with a key client within the construction industry who is looking for a skilled office administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed 12-month contract in Warrington, part-time. Your new roleThe main purpose of your role is to provide administrative support to the business and the EA. Your main responsibilities will include filing documents and appointments with companies house, organising board minutes, processing incoming and outgoing post and keeping phone lists up to date. You will also manage and book meeting rooms, provide visitors passes where relevant and provide any other administrative support that is required on an ad-hoc basis. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working in a commercial environment, ideally within construction. You will have excellent communication skills and a keen sense of attention to detail. You will be confident using Microsoft Packages and must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. What you'll get in returnThis position is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract and offers up to 20 hours per week. For consistency, 5 days a week in the office is required. However, the company is flexible with when these hours are undertaken, as long as within business hours. This could look like 4 hours per day across the 5 days.
