Are you an organized and welcoming professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing company? We are seeking an Office Manager who will be the friendly face of our clients business, providing exceptional support to both our visitors and internal team.

What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, youll warmly meet and greet visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Youll manage our mailbox with efficiency, provide admin support to the MD and senior leadership team as well as being responsible to book and review UK travel and accommodation arrangements for managers and drivers.

Youll work closely with HR and play an active role in improving internal communication and employee engagement. Youll contribute to the company newsletter and Social Committee, helping foster a positive and connected workplace culture. Additionally, youll manage the company expense system and oversee credit card limits, ensuring all processes run smoothly such as managing new starters and leavers and setting credit limits.
