Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for an Administrator to join the Learning & Development team at their Lingley Mere Business Park.

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high quality, helpful and friendly service to any one of their 7 million customers who may contact United Utilities with a request or query relating to their water or wastewater supply.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality, helpful, and friendly service to valued customers. When a customer contacts United Utilities via the phone, you will be the friendly voice and expert point of contact for any Water or Wastewater queries and complaints.

Your dedication to prioritising workload, reacting swiftly, and maintaining accuracy will ensure customers receive the best possible service. Each interaction will be unique, offering you the opportunity to showcase your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills while delivering first-class customer service.

Role details:

  • Contract: 6-month temporary assignment
  • Hourly pay rate: £13.60 per hour
  • Working hours: Monday to Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Application deadline: Thursday 5th September
  • Expected interview weeks with United Utilities: Friday 6th September

What you'll need to be successful in the role?

  • Ensuring adequate scheduling of training events is carried out to meet the demand from the business.
  • Ensure mailboxes, SharePoints and Intranet pages are maintained
  • Provide first line advice and support regarding courses and events
  • Respond to complex queries relating to Training issues from employees and line managers
  • Processing requests from customers accurately, timely and professionally and in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Inputting data into the Learning Management System (SAP)
  • Responding to issues found with the SAP LMS system/ESS and MSS and escalating appropriately
  • Administration and maintenance of Course evaluation process and system
  • Procurement of goods/services and resolution of invoice queries
  • Support and contribute to relevant Audits
