You will need:

  • Experience of teaching in a secondary school - essential
  • Experience of working with children with SEND/ALN either in a school or similar setting - desirable
  • Qualified Teacher Status or Degree in Education - essential
  • Patience, Empathy, Enthusiasm and Motivation
