Scheme Coordinator

Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a Scheme Coordinator for one of our respected Clients in Warrington, 

The role will predominantly involve:

• Delivering a person centred, housing related support to tenants residing in retirement living flats
• Working collaboratively in partnership with the Later Living team to ensure effective and efficient housing management services are provided to individual
• Ensuring the scheme meets the high level of health and safety compliance requirements
• Assisting with customers’ queries
• Managing and liaising with contractors and other visitors to the scheme

35 Hours a week. 

The successful candidate will need to have an Enhanced DBS in place already and be able to start within 1 week notice.
