Wireperson (Electrical Industry)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced wireperson to join our client's team in Birchwood, Warrington. This is a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of £18. If you have a strong background in wire control panels and reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings, we want to hear from you!

As a wireperson, your main responsibilities will include:

Wiring control panels according to specifications and drawingsReading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematic drawingsInstalling and connecting electrical components and systemsTroubleshooting and repairing electrical faultsTesting circuits and ensuring they meet safety standardsCollaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accuratelyAdhering to health and safety regulations at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

Proven experience as a wireperson or similar role in the electrical industryStrong knowledge of wire control panels and their componentsProficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams and drawingsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipSolid understanding of electrical safety regulations and proceduresEffective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
