The Role:

As a Payroll Supervisor, you’ll take charge of supervising a busy team, ensuring our critical functions run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the team and managing workloads effectively.
  • Supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations.
  • Administering and processing timesheets to maintain accurate pay and charge rates.
  • Ensuring seamless payroll functions by adhering to tailored client processes and meeting deadlines.
  • Handling data entry on Excel and CRM systems with precision.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Processing weekly invoices and managing general office duties.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated professional with:

  • Supervisory or team leader experience.
  • Confidence in working with numbers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Excel experience, e.g. pivot tables.
  • PAYE and Umbrella experience.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Eclipse software.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry.
  • A background in payroll functions.
