About the Role: Adaptable Recruitment is searching for an organised and detail-focused Senior Payroll Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Warrington. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who can manage end-to-end payroll functions with precision, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy. Working closely with HR and finance, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a seamless payroll experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.
  • Generate and provide detailed payroll reports for management, collaborating with HR and finance to verify all data.
  • Process and review employee expense submissions across multiple payroll systems, reconciling records across four distinct payroll schedules.
  • Address payroll and expense-related inquiries from employees, providing clear guidance and resolutions.
  • Keep comprehensive and well-organised records of payroll data, expense reports, and relevant documentation for easy access and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally in a senior capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance and HMRC regulations.
  • CIPP qualification desirable
  • Skilled in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
