Job Title:Gas Engineer
Job Summary:The Gas Engineer will be responsible for overseeing gas capping on and off for various works, along with performing general tasks. The role requires a Gas Safe card with all necessary elements to ensure qualification for testing all domestic appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the responsible person on-site for gas capping on and off.
- Perform general works related to gas engineering.
- Conduct tests on all domestic appliances to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain and update records of all gas-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Gas Safe card with all required elements.
- Proven experience in gas engineering and related tasks.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
- Technical proficiency in gas engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
