- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Paid Media strategy, focusing on Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Video, and Affiliates.
- Oversee daily management and optimisation of search accounts, either directly or with agency support.
- Drive immediate trading performance while maintaining a strategic long-term focus on account development.
- Communicate performance updates and trading insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Lead and grow key channels, including affiliates, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Work with in-house creative teams to optimise Paid Social campaigns for both branding and direct response.
- Define KPI frameworks, roadmaps, and reporting processes for Paid Media activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve site conversion rates and maximise ROI.
- Strong background in Paid Search, with experience managing retail or media agency campaigns in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with affiliate and paid social channels, or experience managing specialists in these areas.
- A trading mindset, capable of balancing immediate performance needs with strategic goals.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategy and results to diverse stakeholders.
