Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our team and work within a lovely 2 form entry Warrington Primary School.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students.

This role will be 8.30am - 3.30pm, 5 days per week to start in September on an ongoing basis.

Rate - £110+ dependent on experience

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the KS1 curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for all students
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
  • Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their full potential
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices
  • Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the classroom
Day-to-Day
  • Lead engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student development
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
  • Continuously reflect on and refine teaching practices to meet the needs of all students
