Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to work across KS1. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students at the preliminary stages of their educational journey. Who Should Apply?
- Candidates who have completed either of the following QTS, PGCE, DET, SCITT
- Over 1 year experience as a Primary Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field.
- Sports background (Level 1 qualification in a sport)
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
