Location: Warrington - Commutable from Liverpool, Manchester, Chester

Are you passionate about driving change and improving performance?
SRG are supporting a global FMCG manufacturer looking to recruit a process improvement lead with an engineering mindset. This position will have to report into senior stakeholders and implement continuous improvement practices across a single site.
What you'll do:
- Partner with key stakeholders to improve performance and reduce losses
- Implement and coach Manufacturing Excellence practices
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Train and mentor teams to improve and maintain process improvements
What we're looking for:
- Recent experience in a process environment
- Yellow or Green Belt Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement training
- Knowledge of Lean tools
- Ability to analyse data and drive cost saving initiatives
- SAP knowledge is a plus
