The Implementation Project Coordinator role will suit someone with an ambitious attitude who is confident communicating directly with customers. As an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will be working closely with both the IT support team and sales team to handle client onboarding and project delivery.
This role would suit an outgoing individual who enjoys quick-thinking and being a key point of contact! Full training will be provided on the companies bespoke technologies
Day-to-day you will be:
- Collaborating with the sales team as clients transition to the onboarding process
- Continuously supporting clients during their initial onboarding period
- Working with the IT support team to handle technical issues
- Running demos for new clients
Implementation Project Coordinator essential requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a client facing role
- Experience/Knowledge of IT Support or Software Development
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving mentality
Implementation Project Coordinator desirable skills/experience:
- Experience working with a help desk system (ideally Zendesk)
- Experience with JSON coding language
- MySQL knowledge
