Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a UK based renewable energy company who specialises in the development, construction and operation of utility scale solar projects, to recruit a project manager for its Warrington site.
The strategically important project manager role comes with 65,000- 70,000 salary and flexible working.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Operations Director you will:
- Manage the projects from the sales department handover, throughout the project lifecycle and finally to the customer and their maintenance team.
- To be aware of planning applications and to complete prior to construction beginning.
- Develop project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are allocated effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, to make sure work is completed to schedule.
- To make sure complete project compliance, in line with CDM 2015
- Maintain project documentation, including, RAMS, fire and emergency plans and traffic management documents.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on a regular basis.
- Conduct project meeting and provide projects updates
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Project Management experience within utility scale solar
- Local authority planning application experience
- Knowledge of CDM regulations

The project manager would suit someone who is:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Fantastic communication, across verbal and written platforms
- Able to work effectively and to tight deadlines
