Opportunity:

A tier two conrtractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager who must be from an Engineering background this job in Sunderland , a groundbreaking and innovative recycling plant .

Qualificatioins:

You MUST have the following.

An understanding of Microsoft Project and NEC Contracts
Be able to programme a job and autonomously work with freedom to make a decision, taking complete ownership.
SMSTS
CCCS
First Aid
Qualified HND/C or degree qualified

Also required:

Technically adept
Can make a decision
Design development ability
Problem solver
Committed / Loyal

Package:

34 days hols (10 at Xmas shutdown)
Aviva Pension 6% (can do up-to 10%)
Car Allowance (no co car) £5,500 + Milage HMRC =+ 3p)
Bonus averages at 10% Aug 2/3 and 1/3 at December
• Living away allowance £80 a day. (taxed)
