ENG Bauen is partnering with a leading global EPC organization as they seek Project Managers with a proven track record in managing front-end developments, detailed design, and execution of capital projects of all sizes.

We are specifically looking for Project Managers with experience in FEED packages and full lifecycle projects. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective stakeholder communications.

The Role:

  • Manage front-end engineering design (FEED) packages and oversee full-lifecycle projects
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across various engineering disciplines
  • Coordinate and deliver capital projects within the energy, oil, gas, and chemical sectors
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and execution of projects ranging from £10M to £100M
  • Support the organizations net-zero and energy initiatives through innovative project management

The Person:

  • Strong background in project management within the energy, oil & gas, chemical, or related industries
  • Experience managing FEED packages and delivering capital projects across multiple sectors
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, project delivery, and budget control
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with EPC/EPCM processes and project execution stages
  • Passionate about contributing to net-zero and sustainable energy initiatives
