Your Role Includes:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients.
  • Managing your own projects from start to finish, including P&L, applications, and variations.
  • Leveraging your NEC 3 & 4 and JCT contractual expertise.
  • Creating tender and construction programs with precision.
  • Tracking company projects monthly to support forecasting.
  • Assisting with larger tender submissions to secure new business.
  • Developing and managing the company's supply chain.
  • Ensuring H&S compliance, collaborating with their H&S consultant.
  • Supporting company compliance and preparing for audits, including ISO and RISQS standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Project Management experience, ideally within the rail sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a desire to expand into operational responsibilities.
  • Expertise in contractual frameworks and project forecasting.
  • Proactive leadership in H&S and supply chain development.
