We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to join a leading HVAC company. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a dynamic projects team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s strategic growth.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding a talented team to ensure the successful delivery of HVAC projects across various sectors. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion
Supervise and develop a team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to deliver high-quality results
Establish and refine project management processes, ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability goals in line with the company’s renewable energy initiatives
Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering excellent service
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, providing solutions as needed
Support the business development team with bidding and tendering processes

What They’re Looking For:

Significant experience in a senior project management role within the HVAC industry
Qualifications in mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field
Strong understanding of project management
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
Experience managing project finances, contracts, and risk assessments
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, health & safety, and environmental compliance
