  • Support the Merchandiser with day-to-day reporting and key merchandising functions.
  • Step up in the absence of your Merchandiser, ensuring business continuity.
  • Own and manage a category, driving performance and growth.
  • Develop and maintain range plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor stock levels, and make proactive decisions around transfers, cancellations, and phasing.
  • Own the critical path, ensuring timely product delivery in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Analyse seasonal buying, stock planning, and forecasting to optimise sales.
  • Manage promotions and markdowns, ensuring the business maximises every opportunity.
  • Communicate seamlessly with internal teams across Buying, Logistics, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and sales.
