A leader in industrial automation and control solutions that deliver innovation to clients globally is seeking a QHSE Manager to join their expanding team. With over 75 years of experience and a legacy of industry awards, the company wants to increase and bolster its teams, focusing strongly on the QHSE area. Overview -

As the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager, you will be a key leader within the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your responsibilities will include planning, managing, implementing, and monitoring all quality management systems and processes. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive a positive QHSE culture and agenda within the workplace.

QHSE Manager duties include -

  • Liaise with other teams to ensure that QSHE is considered during the initial development stages.
  • Ensure that customer concerns are investigated and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Assist with continuous product and process improvements, documenting any changes.
  • Maintain the QMSs and ensure that these are aligned with customer and company requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring the business is always legally compliant.
  • Implement periodic gap analysis and identify hazards and opportunities for enhancing quality, health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards.

QHSE Manager desirable skills and experience -

  • Experience working in a similar role (Quality Manager, Compliance Manager etc.).
  • Ideally, experience within hazardous sectors such as Industrial, Oil and Gas, and Automation.
  • Fully conversant with the current systems and policies - ISO 14001, 45001, 9001, etc.
  • Ideally lead auditor and Nebosh trained.
