Service Coordinator | Warrington | Salary: Up to £30k DOE

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join a successful and well established organisation. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The main purpose of the role will involve overseeing engineering teams, managing breakdowns, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring that all services run efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor and support engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage breakdowns and repairs, ensuring urgent issues are addressed and planned maintenance is scheduled effectively.
  • Allocate resources and equipment to engineers for on-site repairs and servicing.
  • Work with the management team to ensure alignment with overall service and operational goals.
  • Coordinate site visits for engineers to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, ensuring efficient and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, breakdowns, and service activities.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance, service completion, and breakdown resolutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all relevant documentation, including service logs and health & safety compliance reports.

Service Coordinator Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in a related field (e.g., construction or plant operations) is beneficial
